In 2014, solely based on the impulsive notion, Al Mohtadi Electric (AME) was established while the construction industry across the globe was experiencing the transition phase with advanced lighting technologies.
The objective of AME is to become an expert service provider for all lighting solutions that are required for the state-of-the-art infrastructure projects in Qatar with Quality, Sustainability and Design in consideration.
The requirement of substituting to LED technologies latter became inevitable with the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) banning the import of incandescent tungsten bulbs and with the introduction of Tarsheed campaign by Kahramaa under patronage of His Highness in order to promote conservation and efficient use of energy in Qatar.
